12.5KW, 380V voltage, the servo motor adopts the Korean LS (LG) brand, and 

the motion controller adopts the German BECKHOFF brand.

 The whole machine

 is guaranteed for three years. The mold material is made in Japan DC53 material, 

and the heat treatment is entrusted to a Japanese company for processing.

 The warranty period is 40 million molds. Production speed: Depending on the

 size of the product, the production speed per minute is between 80-100 times.

 The longer the product, the slower the speed, and the shorter the product,

 the faster the speed. The size range of the serrated bar: the length is any size

 between 150 mm and 450 mm, and the width is any size between 6 mm and 10 mm.

The sawtooth bar is made of tinplate or 5052 aluminum, and it is necessary to

 purchase roll materials. Generally, the diameter of each roll of material is controlled within 900 mm.

The machine has an automatic oiling system, which is specially used to add oil to the material to avoid mold 

damage. It is recommended to use special punching oil for aluminum foil lunch boxes, 

which is food grade and volatile.

Before installation, prepare a 6 square five-core wire and 8 mm air pipe, 380V voltage.

 You can install a transformer to change it to 415V.
